im sorry but i think tamaki would be best. kyoya tried to rape her, hikaru has anger management problems, and mori cares about hunny más than anyone else. Tamaki is the only one who acutally fantasizes about her and tries to get her to amor him (not saying the Hatchiin twins don't either).
