How do tu call this magnificent musical instrument, known as organ in English, in your own country?

Organ is really a global, international musical instrument. It can be found on any of the continents. Each country has a different name for organ, so, I just wanna know what is your local name for organ, other than English.

In Croatia, we call it „orgulje", but I can't answer my own question. I need your help.
