He's always there for Haley, Nate, and Jamie. I think that he is selfless and caring and loving enough to take on the responsobility of a child... he could do it. :]
Plus, I gotta agree with emirc2363 and ElliesOwner.... Lucas is too selfish to even begin to understand the responsobilites of parenthood! Besides, he would probably pull a Dan scott and knock up some other chick he supposedly "loves".
