I'm not really expecting it at this point... but I definitely want them to, and think that they should!

Maybe if we get another season, they'll be able to be persuaded into making an appearance by then. But since there are only 4 episodes left this season, I think it's safe to say they aren't making an appearance. I'm pretty sure the final episodes have already been written, and even filmed

I believe they'll be guest stars for the show's final. they just have to! You can't finish the show about 5 freinds withouth ALL 5 of them! So if OTH is supposed to get 13-episodes pickup, I'm sure LP will have their appereance there.

I kind of will be disappointed. I mean it would feel weird without them there for the last one. But if they're not there I will get over it!

I'd be surprised if they both come back... I could see Hilarie Burton POSSIBLY coming back if this season is not the last season, but I really don't know. It would make me so happy if they did return for an episode so we could see the whole cast reunite-- I doubt they would focus on leyton's relationship very much if they returned, more on their relationships with the remaining cast members... so that would work for me and make me happy since I miss both characters but definitely don't miss the couple.

The final episode of season 7, or the final episode ever?
For the final epi of the season, it would be amazing to see them as i am a huge leytoner -but the seasons done alright without them & i thnk their return should be saved for the ending of oth all together (althoughi hope oth never ends), besides they rode off all nice and i think it would be weird for them to just drop in every few wpisodes after they had a big deal about them leaving.

Should they come back for the final ever episode -HELL YEAH -it would be great to see them as a couple, but they ere there at the beginning, and it needs ending properly. Even if you hate them or dislike themm you have to admit it would not be right without them there, the origional 5 have been there &deserve to see it through, they ere both a huge part of the show -especially Lucas, and i personally dont think it would be the perfect ending without them.

If they dont I will be slightly dissapointed but Im not expecting it and Im okay with it I guess, I know they are gone forever (or I think)

There were rumors that Lucas and Peyton maybe come back for 1 episode. And they come back for season 7 for 1 or 2 episodes , maybe in the finale episode. So maybe but i would like them to come cause i liked the old crew better :P
