When people say they want Brooke/Nathan together it drives me nuts. I just think that would be the stupidest couple ever. Just cuz they have dated in real life/or are dating does not mean they should be together in the show. I don't think they have had very many good scenes together...

Why? I actually like Brathan as a couple, and not just because of Jophia. And I think if we didnt have Naley, they be good together, because they both were jerks in the beginning and changed into wonderful people. And they do have good scenes together, its just that the writers dont give them enough scenes.
Thats just my opinion.
And I'm not a Jake and Brooke fan, but they dont bother me...

But in some alter universe Brooke/Nathen might be cool.They have chemistry.BUT only if there was no Naley.

nathan and brooke together would be the brunette popular version of lucas and peyton being together lol. theyre both really similar. actually i think theyre exactly the same but the guy girl versions of one another. they were both the rich popular kids who werent so nice and had major family problems, but underneath their tuff exterior they were pretty ahmazing people, it just took others (lucas, haley) to help brake down their facades. i think brathan would have been really interesting plus they have great chemistry, but then again i perfer the whole opposites attract thing. and i would LOVE jake and brooke. they both broke up with the loves of thier lives making the most gracious move anyone could make, and if they got together that would be deffo interesting. lmao actually i dont get my own philosophy of why i perfer brooke and jake, i just do, but i think both would be okay.

I think brathan would be great together! Their characters are SO similar, and have been through so many of the same obstacles throughout the show. I think their chemistry has been great, in the few scenes that they have had together. The scene in season 6, when Nathan went to see Brooke after her attack was so sweet, and I just thought their chemistry was amazing. I think Nathan and Brooke would actually make way more sense together than Nathan and Haley. Don't kill me... just my honest opinion

Jake is the kind of guy that would treat Brooke with nothing but love and respect. He has a child, something that Brooke still wants so they would already have their own little family. They've known each other for years, and they would be insanely hot together!

^ I just think brooke and Jake are TOO opposite from eachother. And yes I know, opposites attract, blah blah lol... but I think that theory only applies to a certain extent. While Brooke does want kids, she's still BROOKE, and still has a lot of living and partying that she wants to do. And Jake never seemed to be that kind of guy, he was always strictly about his family, and nothing else. I just see Brooke much better with someone like Nathan, who she has more in common with other than just wanting kids

No AU couples bother me so much, it's just some of the Brathan fans that bug me. The ones that say Brathan would be so much better because Naley is boring and Haley isn't good enough for Nathan.
