I think Haley is his biggest cheerleader because she has always been with him since the start and she just loves him to death.

She knows how much it means to him and how hard its been to get to where he is so she is cheering not only cause shes proud or because she loves him but because she knows how much it means to him, where as Jamie is just looking up to him and wants to be like his dad ♥
