One mes later, and things showed no sign of improvement. It was like when Liam stopped Harry from seeing Carter all over again, but this time Carter knew he wasn’t coming back so it was a lot worse. She tried to distract herself but nothing would work. Harry was constantly on her mind. She wanted to resent him for leaving her, but she knew that she couldn’t.

On the other hand, Harry hadn’t touched a drink since the news. He never wanted to drink again after the affect it has had on his life. At first, he got to thinking, him and Lucy didn’t actually fully ‘do it’, did they? But...
