I never really thought the chick who plays Snow was all that pretty. She's good looking, but not beautiful like most of the cast. Which surprised me since Snow White was supposed to be THE MOST beautiful. I think the evil queen in prettier than her. Regardless, I love the acteress and she does a phenomal job. She's just not all that pretty to me.

And why would Snow be more gullible than Belle?! Let's not forget that Belle trusted the Evil Queen...even though she was a creepy lady she met on the road!

However: I love Belle too (she's my second favorite).
