I actually think she might have truly loved him. Maybe when they went to Wonderland they met Cora and she taught Anastasia that love is weakness and magic. She might have ripped out her own heart as well and became the way she is because she wanted power and to feel important.

What @KataraLover said. Or possibly she still has a heart and something has caused it to turn black like it did with Regina. I'm thinking more along the lines of this since seeing the new promo. Or maybe Will did something...

@KataraLover Yes I have the same thoughts, I think Cora has something to do with why Anastasia stopped loving Knave. May be Cora has ripped out Knaves heart, and controlled him, and then Alice brought him his heart back
