I think that it is possible, but my guess is no. For one thing, why would she need to do that if she already had Belle locked up? For another, how many hearts could she really have lying around?

Again though, I wont completely rule it out because we dont really know yet what happened in FairyTale Land between the time that Belle was talking to Grumpy and the time when the curse was activated.

I highly doubt it. I don't see her having a reason to have taken her heart. She already had the girl locked up why, bother taking her corazón too?

I thought it possible until Jefferson was able to free her from the mental asylum. If Regina didn't see that coming than I don't think she has the corazón belonging to Belle. I do however think Belle is essential to the foiling of Regina's plans. Now that Mr. oro has brought magic back to Storybrooke we will have to see.
