Vance is trying too damn hard to prove something, and there's something very miserable about him. Like he eats newborns for breakfast. Gibbs is just a good mix of tough when needed, but soft when is counts. Gibbs is a good leader, not a power drunken tyrant.

I think at first, Vance was very suspicious and everybody could feel it. I'm warming up to him, though.

If I was told I could pick someone to get off of the show, Vance is it. They killed Jenny off for HIM?
