Yes, I have heard that It was him and Paul Anka that wrote that song, First it was meant to be Michael's song but he did't want it. (So I heard) So they gave the song to a someone named SaFire.

no it's not, Michael wrote AND recorded the song for his 1991 Dangerous album.
so unless this song was recorded prior to that, it's just a shitty cover.
