Miley is back in Los Angeles after finishing filming So Undercover.

And upon return she showed off a new color tattoo! tu can see the tat through her shirt. In the picture tu can't tell what kind of diseño it is, but it's clear that it's in color, maybe a floral diseño in green and red.

What has not yet been confirmed is if the tattoo is permanent (like her other three tattoos) o temporary. Temporary is the safest option.

What the....?! she is living her life normally and her parents are breaking up,I think she must try to solve her big problem instead of doing stuff like that. O_O
