I care for Michael Jackson cause he made me believe that tu can do anything if tu set your mind to it he has made me happy rather its his smile o música the song "Cry" i would always listen to when i felt down o sad but i would look up and keep my head to the sky. I know Michael tried to change the world and he couldnt do it por himself. He needes help im wanting to help the world so bad and hope that people will never forget the King Of Pop. The mega-lawyer who successfully defended Michael Jackson in his molestation case is coming out swinging at Dr. Murray's defense team -- blaming MJ's death squarely on Murray because the singer was "not suicidal."


Thomas Mesereau went on MSNBC today -- and stated, "The defense lawyers have to do something and what they're gonna try and do is reflect attention away from their client and onto Michael Jackson."

He adds, "The reality is Michael Jackson was not suicidal, he was not self-destructive in the way they're trying to say, and hopefully their defense will not succeed."

For the record, Mesereau's "suicidal" statement is not accurate -- because according to our sources, the defense will argue that Michael MAY have accidentally killed himself after trying to self-administer Propofol ... but he was not suicidal.

Perhaps Mesereau's strongest comentario -- "I'm sorry that the defense is going to have to bash Michael Jackson to try and divert attention from their guilty client."

The co-executors of Michael Jackson's estate think Discovery Channel did the right thing when they yanked a documentary from their UK schedule that was to feature a reenactment of MJ's autopsy.


A rep for John Branca and John McClain tells TMZ, "The co-executors of the Estate of Michael Jackson are pleased that Discovery Channel made the correct decision in choosing to cancelar this exploitative program."

The co-executors went on to say they feel Michael's fans played a large role in Discovery's decision, saying, "While Discovery cited legal proceedings and our request as the reasons for its decision, none of this would have happened had it not been for the incredible passion displayed por countless Michael Jackson fans worldwide who knew they stood as one and that their voices could not be ignored."

As for any future plans to air the show, Branca and McClain said, "We are hopeful that this mostrar will never run in any market in the future."

Caroline couldn't believe what happened at that moment.. When they stopped they looked at eachother for a moment.. they tried to understand what happened.... but they coudn't..

Caroline:"MIchael.. I.. I don't know what to say.. "

They looked at eachother than they kissed.. they were together.. forever..

Michael and Caroline were walking together in the street.. Caroline started telling the whole story.

Caroline:"My boyfriend gave me a visit.. i asked to have cena with me.. but he dicho that he was very.. busy.."
She paused for a moment..

Michael:"Do u want to stop? I don't want to make u upset.."

Caroline:"No.. I have to tell u everything.. Then I went at his house.. and his mum dicho he was at a bar.. then I saw him with another girl..They were holding hands.. laughing.."

Michael:"I'm sorry.. very sorry.. i wish to do something to help.."

Caroline:"I need a hug.."

Michael gave a big lovable hug.. she felt safe.. she didn't feel alone.. She was cheering up.. she felt something that she never felt.. she didn't know what it was.. but she felt something.. and she knew that she felt something for Michael..

Dr. Conrad Murray won't just face the judge in his manslaughter case on Monday -- we're told an army of MJ fans plans a little surprise of its own ... in the protest department.



A rep for Justice4MJ -- the fan group planning the demonstration -- tells TMZ that scores of Jackson fans plan to attend ... and it's all going down on the freeway overpass near the L.A. courthouse.

We're told when the hearing ends ... the protesters plan to march from the courthouse -- then quickly división, split for the overpasses as Murray makes his exit. They will bid Dr. Murray adieu as he drives off -- probably not in the friendliest of ways.

But we're guessing the protest is the least of Dr. Murray's worries.
