Annabeth
7 months was how long Percy Jackson, the amor of my life, was lost, and that was how long I felt despair and that a small part of me was missing. As the Argo II sailed in the sky, preguntas flowed through my mind like, did he remember me? , does he have a new girlfriend? , which reminded me to make a mental note to give Hera a goddess-sized slap upside her head. Suddenly, a voice similar to a flights attendant’s voice boomed overhead, cutting my line of thought,
“We are soon arriving at Camp Jupiter, so please fasten your seatbelt and – Ow, Piper! tu did not need to puñetazo, ponche me!” Leo’s voice returned to normal at the end after receiving a puñetazo, ponche por Piper for playing around. Hearing that, I could not resist a smile, though the thoughts in my head just could not match my expression, whilst my worry expanded to what the romans will think of us.
Everybody except Leo, whose fingers were flying over the controls, making a feeble attempt to not crash the ship at a building, which I assume is the senate house, stopped what they were doing. Piper stopped practicing her charmspeak and Jason stopped pacing around. I looked down and could not help but admire the landscape at the roman camp even though it was a little tattered. It was a bowl-shaped valley, the basin floor was rumpled with smaller hills, golden plains and stretches of forest. In the centre of the valley, nestled por a small clear river, was a small city of white marble buildings with red-tiled roofs. Some had domes and columned porticoes, like national monuments. There was a five-story tall Roman Coliseum gleaming in the sun, siguiente to a long oval arena, across the lake was another colina dotted with temples.Right below the ship was rows of Roman campers bustling about and gazing in awe at us. Horns blew as a welcome, just when we touched down onto a clearing-fortunately.
