parte superior, arriba surgery funding?

Someone I know is having a difficult time funding their parte superior, arriba surgery, due to other health issues, lack of decent insurance, and an unwilling family.

They insist that they can't wait much longer for it, and I can't help them on my own. If I linked a way to donate, would anyone consider it? If not, do tu have any suggestions on how to fund this as quickly as possible?
