Just dont watch it if tu feel that way! If I had kinds i'd be fine with them seeing that. Its not like the dress slips o anything, I mean heck its really a normal dress, If she were wearing like a bikini o something, thats another story. Kids and Teens ALL OVER the place dress like that, and no once seems to care. I think the dress is fine, and it's not like Katy's drawing attention to her boobs o anything. It'd also be a different matter if she were being sexy o suggestive, but thats just how modern people dress.
I think that theres nothing to fuss about, and its just stupid parents trying to be overly protective about nothing.
Katy is beautiful, and the dress shows her beauty without being overly pervy o sexual. I think people are just making a huge deal out of nothing.
