Damon poured himself a glass of borbón and drank it out. He spit it out.
“Yeah, I put vervain in all your drinks” a familiar voice said. Damon turned around and saw Katherine standing in the doorway of the living room. “I told tu tu had to drink vervain again. I thought Elena would’ve convinced tu por now”
Damon looked away.
“That’s right. Trouble in paradise” Katherine said. “If I were tu I’d try really hard to make things okay. We don’t want her to run back to Stefan, do we?”
Damon looked up angry. “She wouldn’t do that. Elena isn’t like that. I just…need to get over myself. I have to pull myself together and forget what happened”
Katherine nodded. “And while tu deal with your issues Elena is going to need someone to distract her. Because if you’re with her tu only take your problems out on her and you’ll only push her away”
Damon raised his eyebrows. “Who made tu doctor Hitch?”
“Which is why I think it would be a good idea if I moved back in. The two of tu could use más people in this house and if I have to watch Stefan and Rebekah much longer I’m going to be sick” Katherine said, ignoring Damon’s comment.
“Katherine, that’s-” Damon started.
“- brilliant, I know” Katherine added. She clapped her hands and three young girls entered the boarding house, carrying Katherine’s luggage. She looked back at Damon. “So, which room do I get?”

Heather’s upper body was covered with needles and each time Meg thought they’d reached the bottom the needles miraculously piled up.
Heather turned her head carefully to her ex-colleague. “Please, make him stop. I’ve done nothing wrong” she cried quietly.
“You made me a drugs addict” Cas reminded her. “I bashed my own head against a toilet and I almost got Meg killed, because of your needles”
“I’m sorry” Heather dicho weak. “I just wanted to help you, I swear”
Cas grabbed another needle and drove it in her thy, making Heather moan, which made Meg shiver.
“Don’t tu think that’s enough?” she dicho careful.
“No” Cas snapped back. “It’ll be enough when there are no más needles left”
“But they keep piling up!” Meg exclaimed.
“They’ll stop piling up when the whore’s death” Cas clarified.
Meg shook her head in horror. “What has gotten into you?”

Since there was no way any of them was going to get any sleep, they packed their bags and loaded the Impala. Dean placed himself behind the wheel, Sam sat siguiente to him and Meg on the backseat.
“First stop: Pontiac, Illinois” Dean said, as he started the engines and drove ahead. As they drove Dean turned on the radio to break the silence.
Meg stared out of the window. She felt utterly powerless. Had she still been a demon she would’ve just zapped herself to him. But then maybe she wouldn’t have felt this way and she wouldn’t even bother to go find him.
Maybe this was a sign. Maybe she was supposed to let go and go back to her old life.
No!, she reproached herself. You’re not going back to killing for fun. tu didn’t get this far to throw it all away. You’re going to find Cas and get him back.
“Everything okay, there?” Dean asked.
“Yeah, I’m good” Meg replied with a mischievous smile.

One week later.
Heather was sitting por Meg’s bed. A week had gone por and Meg hadn’t opened her eyes once. The doctor had told her she was not in a coma, but just fast asleep. She would live. It was just a matter of time before she woke up.
Cas was less lucky. Someone had tried to kill him again, but fortunately there was a camera in the room and so the doctors could interfere just in time. Heather couldn’t help but wonder if keeping Cas alive wasn’t just extension of execution.
She felt something soft and cold on her arm and she looked down to see Meg’s finger moving.
“Meg?” she said.
Meg’s eyelids moved and slowly, but surely she opened them.
“Welcome back” Heather sighed relieved.
Meg tried to sit up, but Heather gently pushed her down again.
“Careful” she said. “I’ll go get a doctor” She hurried to the door and walked outside to call a doctor.
