What if someone tu know just prays so that his/her parents wouldn't find out that he/she does bad things, such as zina o something similar to zina.
What should tu do, if tu talked to him/her and doesn't understand and still continuous?

Pray to Allah to guide him o her. Also, tell him o her the consequences of their deed (indirectly o directly). Keep islam around him o her all the time, e.g. always praising Allah and talking about Him. Always talking about Heaven and Hell and the miracles of Allah, etc.
tu could ask your local Imam for consejos too.
