I was finally home. After a year, I, Kyoko Higurashi, am finally home. I was chosen to be a transfer student for the Japanese-American exchange program. I stood in from of the steps leading to my house. My black hair flowed down over my shoulders. I looked down at my outfit. I was wearing my favorito! red tank parte superior, arriba and jean shorts. I felt a little self-conscious of my American attire. I slowly breathed out and walked up the steps.
I walked through the courtyard to the front door. Suddenly it flew open.
“Kyoko!” My family screamed as they ran out and hugged me. Tears flowed down my cheeks.
“I’ve missed tu guys so much.” I dicho hugging them tighter. We all went inside and, for about an hour, before I finally said, “Where’s Kagome?” I hadn’t noticed that she wasn’t there until now.
“You’re sister is at school.” My mother said. “She should be inicial in about an hora though.” After my family and I had caught up, I walked outside to wait for Kagome. I had been so long since I had seen my sister. She was the hardest one to say goodbye to. She was my twin sister. We had never been separated for that long. We had a special connection between us. I knew what she was feeling and when she was hurt and vice versa. I sat on the edge of the box garden and thought about Kagome.
“Hey.” A boy’s voice came from behind me. I whipped my head around to see a 16-year-old teenage boy behind me. He was wearing a strange red kimono and was carrying a sword on his left hip. The strangest thing though was that on parte superior, arriba of his long silver hair, he had dog-ears! “Wow!” I thought, “That is SO cute! I wonder if he’ll let me touch them.”
“Um…hi,” I said, a little confused. I didn’t know this boy.
“What took tu so long?” He asked coming to stand in front of me.
“I have no idea what you’re talking about,” I said.
“Yeah, whatever,” he replied. “Well it’s time to come back.”
“Back?” I asked, turning my head sideways. “Back where?’
“What do ya mean ‘Back where?’” He snarled.
“I don’t know what you’re talking about.” I stood up and started to walk away.
“Oh no tu don’t” He dicho and grabbed me around the waist. He hoisted me over his shoulder, my feet behind me.
“What are tu doing?!” I screamed, kicking wildly. “Put me down!” He didn’t listen to me. He just walked straight towards the house surrounding the old well. He walked inside and climbed on parte superior, arriba of the well.
“Whoa, whoa, wait!” I exclaimed, my eyes opening wide. “You aren’t going to jump down there are you?” He looked at me like I was crazy, then jumped. I closed my eyes and waited for the impact, but it never came. I opened my eyes again to see this boy climbing the side of the well. He threw me over the side and I landed on césped, hierba in a field surrounded por trees.
