Juan Francisco. 1780's look that House might have decided to wear..
Juan Francisco. 1780's look that House might have decided to wear..
SPOILERS FOR 6x07. Haven't caught the link? link However, if you're expecting a happy one shot, I suggest tu change the page.

"Why, hello Juan Francisco de la bodega y Quadra. Had no idea tu were sailing in from Lima." Wilson stated sarcastically. House had just walked in the lobby, catching Wilson in a heartbeat. With side burns going down his cheek, a ridiculous amount of mousse, mousse de twirled in his hair, and the "Miami Vice" wear.
"You're the one to talk," House retorted.
"I actually fit the attire. They dicho 80's. Not the 1700's."
"Didn't specify which '80's'."
"Of course." both of them walked towards their table, along with everyone else. To no surprise, there was only one person missing among them all.
After taking a asiento with everyone, he became rather quiet. Losing himself into silence, isolating himself from everyone, and every sound that echoed through the room. The only thing to run through his mind were the amargo, amargos thoughts he had, and the deadening wishes that failed to come true. And to compensate for all this, he drowned himself in scotch, a lovely friend he'd come to know and love. Rushing down his throat glass after glass, he began to feel más at ease.
After an hora o so, everyone, including Wilson, had left House to registrarse the dance floor. He didn't feel lonesome, rather he enjoyed the sight of Wilson, wasted Wilson, discoing the night away.
Yet, all this vanished and his throat had run dry, as a boulder sat in his stomach with his heartbeat escalating. She had finally come through the doors.
Focusing his eyes on her--who had finally been alone in all the time he had seen her--he found himself seeing flashes. One flutter of blinks, he would see her now, another flutter, and he retained the sole image of her so many years ago. Swallows continuously sent down his throat, he avoided eye contact, but kept watch from his distance. She had gone over to the floor and greeted everyone mostrando of her outfit, and looking at everyone else. She took the direction of Madonna, wearing a leather skirt, fishnets and cropped jacket. Hair like a black mane, she gathered the image of her back then.
Tension building up inside of him, he stood up, and walked to the lobby balcony, sneaking out discreetly with no one to notice.
After reaching the balcony, he escaped through his mind, reliving the past few days. Drowning out the music, and going into another silence, he thought about everything. What she had dicho to him about what he had done to her...

"You're being pathetic!"
"You shouldn't expect me to stop."
"I'm not something to win, House."
"I'm fighting, for you."
"Yes, I know. So I am asking tu now to back off. I will not let tu drive away the one successful relationship I've had for a long time. I am not going to let tu cry to mommy because tu don't approve o whatever tu have against Lucas. This is beyond you. A far reaching goal tu should certainly be proud of. And--God. How impossibly naive could I have been to not have seen this coming. I had this belief that maybe Mayfield really did change you, and tu would have even an ounce of respect for me, so that for once I could be happy. But congratulations House. You've proven me wrong. Again." Remaining silent, he squinted his eyes and clenched his teeth a little.
"I really need to learn--to stop finding the good in you." Suppressing tears and another flood of anger that could lash out again, she turned on her heel, and left....

He knew what things she really meant, and what she didn't. Yet it still hurt to know how far over her line he had stepped. How much he was pushing her away. He was now shutting his eyes tightly as he leaned over the banister. He couldn't help but feel such regret--such remorse. How the pain ached--
The música had flooded back into his ears before hearing footsteps coming up the stairs, sensing it was her, he launched himself in a different direction, avoiding her at all costs. But he couldn't.
"House?" she dicho meekly. Looking down, he spoke in a low and soft tone.
"I'm here."
"The theme's 80's."
"Preferably 1780's for me. Everyone else has obviously done 1980's." surprised to see it, when he turned to face her, a soft smile had been painted on her lips.
"Surprised tu had the will to see me tonight." he continued. Opening her mouth to say something, she failed to gather words and closed it, followed por a sigh. She tried to begin again.
"I--overreacted. I do that."
"You trying to make an excuse for me?"
"I do that too. But, it doesn't change what happened."
"I know." he tried his best to keep a slow and calm tone with her. He was very cautious and almost--caring-like.
"I'm sorry." he continued. She pursed her lips, slowly blinked her eyes and nodded very slightly. And then, a song began to link. Too familiar for tonight. For the situation. For right now.
With the beginning paino solo, House grimaced, and Cuddy couldn't help but smile.
"Out of all the songs to play." House whispered under his breath.
"This is why I hate the 1980's." Cuddy began to laugh before holding out her hands to him. He just looked at her with widened eyes.
"How can we not dance to this?" she asked him with a smile.
"By me walking away." and he began to go down the steps, but she grabbed onto his arm, holding him back.
"You owe me." he hesitated to answer to her. He let out a sigh, as he went back up the steps, grabbing her hand.
"I lead this time." he stated sarcastically. por the time they started to dance, Richard Marx began to sing. Swaying carefully back and forth, House thought of the pain--but once she rested her face against his shoulder, he discovered its worth.
"I think tu we're wearing the same thing when we first danced to this." House stated.
"Oh, I really wish I could say the same. You're probably as drunk as tu were."
"I'm not that wasted."
"I beg to differ."
"I'm still standing aren't I? tu had to lead last time just because I was practically falling over."
"Which was a good thing on my end." she began. Without his reply, she continued.
"You proved to me tu were an insane pain in the culo when tu weren't sober. One of the interesting qualities that remained when tu were sober."
"You kept your título of being a control freak perra for--well now." rolling her eyes, she lifted her head off him to look directly at him.
"What did I really see in you." she asked with soft eyes. He swallowed as he stared down at her.
"What did tu see in me," she continued.
"out of everyone there, tu decided to be a pain in my ass."
"The larger the funner?" he asked her. Breaking another smile on her face, he breathed with relief.
"I think tu just enjoyed taking chances." she stated. He slightly shook his head no, and squinted his eyes quickly in one direction, before meeting back to her.
"I wasn't taking chances with you. I couldn't have. tu weren't a chance. tu we're a choice." stopping them, she stood still as she looked behind his eyes. Beginning to golondrina again, he held himself from the temptation. Still holding his hand, he could feel the warmth beginning to build on their skin. He could see her fighting to. Fighting the same temptation, the same tension--
"Baby?" Lucas asked. House looked up as Cuddy turned around. She hid their hands behind her back as Lucas stepped forward. He had appeared por the stairs, but not in the 80's attire. He looked prepared to go out.
"Nice outfit, House." he didn't seem angry at House anymore either. He was smiling greatly.
"What are tu doing here?" Cuddy asked him.
"It's already quarter to twelve. tu told me to pick tu up?" bowing her head, she whispered carefully under her breath, "of course." House smirked when he heard her, and let go of her hand. She looked at him and he jerked his head a little. Like a signal, allowing her to leave with Lucas.
"I will see tu tomorrow then." she dicho calmly to House. Lucas then took her por the waist and they walked down the steps together. House just watched them leave the lobby. Allowing Lucas to go out first, Cuddy slowed her speed towards the door, and glanced slightly over at him before pushing through the doors.
Boring his eyes por the windows, he just whispered,
"The one chance that never was. The only choice I wanted to make."

He came into the office. He was running late and he was definitely lost in thought.
N - You’re late. “How was your week?”
H – It had seven days in it.
N – He chuckled a bit. Ok. “Tell me about it.”
H – Not much to tell.
N – How are things with Cuddy?
H - We were leaving the hospital at the same time and I asked her how the baby was? I hadn’t seen him since he left the hospital. She told me he was fine.
N – tu didn’t ask to see him o if tu could help?
H – She has a nanny. If she wants me to see him she let me know.
N – Ok. How are things with Wilson?
H - I was running...

As House was holding Rachel and Cuddy was holding their son he suddenly sat Rachel down and excused himself. He told them he had an appointment but the truth was he suddenly couldn’t breathe. He was right in the center of everyone he wanted to be with; the place he wanted to be; but he had been there before and lost it all.

He returned to his office to pick a case and get the team started. They were reviewing two files as House came in.

As House reviewed the files he decided to división, split the team and take both cases. He walked over to the coffee maker and cut some straws so they could draw for...

Months had passed por and things had changed tremendouly at the hospital. Wilson had stepped back into his position as "Head of Oncology." They had filled Cuddy's position with Dr. Jan Bostwick.

She was a woman with something to prove and she had heard of House's reputation so when she got to Princeton she had an angenda. She wanted to prove she could turn a profit and put House in his place.

She had been successful at both those things at the expense of patient care. Ms. Bostwick was cutting costs por cutting doctors and nurses and the heads of the departments were struggling with a heavier...

"She peed on me."

"I know."

"Twice."

"I know."

"You so owe me."

"I know."

"I knew this was a mistake from the moment tu asked me."

"And yet tu still did it."

"When one of my friends asks for help with a long overdue parasite extermination problem, I feel obligated to oblige."

"Her name is Rachel, and she's not a parasite. And I didn't ask tu to exterminate her, I asked tu to babysit."

"Which I did."

"Hardly well."

"As least I wasn't out selling myself for money. How much do tu really want...

siguiente día when Wilson goes to work, House asks his friend to cover him because he has to go to his place to finish some things for the navidad party. Cuddy doesn't suspect anything at all, and that's good because it is a great surprise from House. Greg is changing a bit for her. He wants to do things to make her happy. This party is a nice gesture of him, it was all his idea, and Wilson is sure she’ll like it.

Cuddy spends the whole morning working, in meetings and looking for House. Wilson has told her that Greg is in a patient’s house and he’ll come back later. She goes back to her...

House was sitting in his office, the lights turned off, except for the lamp on his desk. His eyes caught up in the dust particles that filled its spotlight. He had seen Wilson try and fail to recruit a whole hall of Doctors to registrarse him on his experimental quest, which they would all expect House to be the leader of, but not Wilson. After witnessing this, House felt a sense of relief that Wilson only slipped down a hill, and not fall disastrously down it.

Then something changed, he had seen Lucas again. At first he didn’t know where to put the puzzle piece, until another one joined up with...

Chapter 3
The siguiente Day

“ House?? Why arent tu at work yet?? Call me back as soon as tu get this.” I asked on his answering machine because it was 11:30 am and House still hadn’t showed up yet.

“Where is House?” I asked Wilson.
“I don’t know. Why are tu asking me?”
“Because I know tu know. What does he have a girl friend? o did he get hurt?” I asked kind...

House took poured a glass of whisky, before he sat down on his sofa. Cuddy took her chaqueta and shoes off, before she sat down siguiente to him.

Cuddy: Have tu packed yet?

House: Wilson offered.

Cuddy: I can…help tu pack.

House nodded in agreement, and smiled as she stood up and turned around to walk towards his bedroom.

Cuddy: I think you’d just need a few things at first.

House followed her, she sat on his cama as he stood there; glass of whisky in hand.

Cuddy: On segundo thought, you’re not the most co-operative of people, tu may be there longer.

House: Here.

House handed her a weekend bag.

House found himself on the roof of the hospital when the dawn broke. He was in his gown, sitting on the very ledge. He was puffing on one of his cigars as the sun rose. It was so peaceful here. And he was feeling so serene. Until Wilson popped in.
"Mind if I take a drag?" He asked sarcastically. He was in the doorway, holding it halfway open. He stood there for about seven segundos before actually coming near him.
"Her mothers?"
"Cameron?"
"Cuddy."
"You showed her the ring?"
"Because tu refused to."
"Damn it."
He took a long drag, causing a good amount of ashes to fall. They blew away when the morning...

"Well, she already marked her territiory once she puked all over my camisa, camiseta so she's comfortable with me now."
Cuddy chuckled and moved to sit beside him on the sofa.
"You've been in my inicial for all of thirty minutos and have yet to tell me why you're here?"
House held Rachel out for Cuddy to take.
"Here. She's cooing for you." He dicho as he awkwardly passed the baby off and moved to stand up.
Cuddy rocked her baby a little before placing her in the basinet.
"...You got any food?" He asked.
Cuddy sighed and stood...

Three weeks later..

"OH. MY. GOD."
Wilson rubbed his face, irritated and slightly annoyed, having to have the same argument he had not too long ago.
"Don't. Listen to me, we had sex, again, unprotected at least three weeks ago."
"And why is that relevant?"
Cuddy wasn't listening to him. She was just thinking about what she should do.
"I don't know yet." She dicho curtly.
"Let me know when tu do."
"He is becoming less and less of himself the longer he's with me."
"And that's bad because...?"
"It changes his way of thinking. His decisions. His actions. I don't want that to be because of me."
"You don't...

House"Nope."
Tom-"I'll be right back."
House-"Wwwait, wait, where are tu going?" *House dicho in a very concerned tone.*
Tom-"To get Lisa Cuddy."
Before House could say anything, Tom left to go get Lisa. House watched him as he confronted her, the 'ol so drunk Lisa Cuddy tried to step off of the table. Unfortunately, she was too drunk, and failed miserably. Her face hit the floor. Nobody noticed really, except for Tom and House. House still stood, not knowing whether to go over there o not. He decided he was just going to let her come to...

This was actually written por a friend of mine and I thought it was a really great poem despite it being short. And por short, I mean really short. When I read it all that came to my mind was that House would have really dado Cuddy his corazón for her to stay with him.

She actually had the emo picture as part of it too.
Hope tu like it!!!!

Love can bring us together
And it can also tear us apart
To make sure that tu stay with me
I'm literally giving tu my heart.
