I don't think so. I think she is similar to House, but I don't think that a) she isn't smart enough, and b) she acts the way she does because she wants the job and she wants to advance her career. House opperates the he does in order to solve the case. So I think they are similar but they have different motivations. Maybe... I don't know for sure, but in my opinion she isn't really the female version of House.
