That is a hard one for me because he saved so many lives by killing one but he still killed one. I think for house a misdiagnosis would have been worse to him.

Anyways, like molly3moon said murder is murder, it's a crime and it's wrong. People come to hospitals to get better, you can't murder them, it's wrong.
I'd rather know I killed a man because I misdiagnosed him and not because I wanted his death and murdered him.

hmm,, It was to prevent a genocide... he saved many many lives... If some had killed Hitler all that what has happened would never happened, so I think Chase is right by doing what he has done..

I think it depends on the situation. Like house said, what are the chances they'll ever be treating a genocidal dictator again? Chase isnt murderous by nature, its unlikley they'll be anymore murders on his watch again.
