Newt decides to test the limits of the Osbornes' patience and revs up the volume of his stereo. Anxious to make him feel a part of the family, Frankie refuses to make an issue of it. She even proposes a party when the family discovers it's his birthday. A few kids are rounded up for the occasion – but it all goes pear-shaped! Newt is mortified when his birthday turns into a kids' party, and something snaps in him. He erupts and hurls a spiteful tirade at the Osborne clan.
