Well, these choices are a bit specific! I don't agree because there are characters I like far less than Harry, but at the same time I don't necessarily like ALL the characters, and I think it's okay for people to hate Harry. I do like the storyline throughout though.

So I'd say no, but not the "how can you hate Harry?" part, because that's your own opinion so I won't question it!

I love that he isn't a perfect hero, he makes mistakes and gets people into danger. He is a good person, but has flaws, just like everybody else; he's brash, quick-to-act, can be judgmental, can be lazy. But it makes him more appealing. Also, he is hilarious in the books. His dark and self-depreciating sarcasm is the best.
