I'm biased. I love Hogwarts. I don't know much about the other two except that one seems awfully cold and the other prim and proper XD

I don't know enough about the other two, so I'd be naturally inclined to say Hogwarts. But I suppose it would be unfair, not knowing much about the others.

But we're all so biased.. I would like to more about the other two, actually. The only thing Durmstrang is known for, is for teaching the Dark Arts. That doesn't make their reputation very good in the books...
