Who else is angry at the fact that they left out...*spoilers for those who haven't read the seventh book o who haven't seen the 6th film'??

Who is really angry that they left out Dumbledore's funeral in the film?? The book was fantastic, but without it in the film, it was almost as if it wasn't complete. I think that they should have added in the scene, as a tribute to a great wizard.

I don't really care because the entire film was crap. Most of whatever little acrion was in the book, was left out and what was left in was portrayed so half-heartedly even por the usually great actors. And there wasn't even nearly enough Voldemort's past stuff rhough it was pretty much the whole point of the book.

To be honest, I haven't cared for the cine much since Yates started directing. PoA was ok, GoF was ehhh, OotP was horrible and HBP was worse than that.

This movie in general made me angry, but adding the burrow scene, which did nothing to the plot (if the Death Eaters could chase Harry around a maíz field and then set his inicial on fire, why couldn't they have kidnapped him and taken him to Voldemort????) and leaving out the last fight scene, screwing up the last scene between Harry and Snape, and leaving out Dumbledore's funeral were the biggest mistakes Yates made.

I totally agree. They filmed the attack to the Burrow which isn't in the libros and they left out Dumbledore's funeral. Do tu think that they might mostrar it movie 7?

When Bellatrix and Fenrir burned down the Burrow it kinda ruined the wedding scene in the last book.

Unless the Weasley's somehow rebuild the house wuth magic.... wouldn't surprise me for the film makers to do that

Thank you! I was like "they wasted all the time on the Burrow burning down, which they need later, but no Dumby funeral, which they also need. But one is utter BS and the other isn't."

I totally agree.

I came out of the cinema más than disappointed!
I couldn't believe they left that out, it was a major part of the 6th book and a very emotional part too. I know they had a lot to fit on but I mean, come on! That would have been a fantastic scene to watch.

I thought they would have shown a little respect to Dumbledore, after everything he did for everyone.

Do tu think it could be in the deleted scenes, in the DVD's?? I know it would be a long deleted scene but it would be worth it, right??

the film was a bit odd though cause it kept moving to different scenes over and over again. they left loads over other things out that i liked in the book like the dursleys, theres no grawp and nothing on the Peverell family. but it was still good:)

a little, yeah.... there were so many scenes that SHOULD have been in the movie, the funeral, the DADA lessons, the Death Eater vs OOTP fight... The movie was a big dissapointment and only slightly better than the anterior one.

I had heard a long time hace they were thinking about adding it in the begining of the 7th because they felt it didn't "fit well" at the ending of the 6th movie o something like that. I don't know though because I remember I heard it a long time ago. I don't see how they could seeing as Deathly Hallows is a great book packed with tons of important details and will still be long even with the división, split of two movies.

I saw the 5th movie, and it was really bad (They left out all of the good parts!!!1!) And I tried to watch the 6th movie (before I read the book) and I dodn't understand any of it. But I *tried* to watch the end anyways. And I think they should have added the funeral, but I don't really care, because I don't even want to see the rest of the movie.

And if they leave out anything in DH (which I will finish soon) I will DIE.

WHAT THE FUCKING SHIT.

I know cine aren't /exactly/ like the libros and they tend to add stuff but REALLY!?

Judging por the looks on their faces, their house was destroyed completely which is, like, totally bullshit for one.

HELLO, WHAT ABOUT BILL AND FLUER'S WEDDING!?

God this scene pissed me off SO much I had to stop myself from taking the dvd outta my PS2 and snapping it in half!!!

I agree, how could they leave out Dumbledore's funeral? That was probably the biggest part of the book they left out, but they didn't introduce Bill o Rufus Scrimgeour yet and Scrimgeour had always been trying to convince Harry to be the poster boy.... Those were some pretty good parts. Especially when Harry tells him off. Another part that they've left out, were all those scenes when Harry and Ginny were dating. The only hint they gave that was Ginny besar Harry in the Room of Requirement. Even though they left all these parts out they did add some extra suspensful parts, like the Burrow's burning. Despite the parts they left out I still think the Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, was still the best movie so far and let's hope that Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, will have all the scenes, that it has in the book. That's probably why they're making two movies.

They probably wont even do the wedding scene , since they always leave out soo much , and they don't have the house anymore , but dunno .

But yeahh , I was really angry they didn't mostrar the funeral , and the whole movie was just terrible . The cine went untill GoF were good , but the last 2 ones sucked . :(

They're doing wedding scene because I saw the cast lista and they casted a Bill Weasley and I read that they weren't going to hide Harry as a Weasley cousin. Plus if tu see some pics from the filming they mostrar Ron and Harry in like dress robes and Hermione in a red dress

I really think that they should have done the funeral. I think Dumbldore was my favorito! character. I've read the book twice. The first time I read about Dumbldore dying, a few tears. I cried so much más the segundo time I read it. I really think that they weren't giving him respect....

I saw this and immediately thought "What IS this? I don't remember this!" Then I went on youtube and remembered that scene... )= I wish it kept true with the libros more. They shouldn't have burnt down the Burrow, but in a world of magic, they at least have a plausible reason for the return of the Burrow.

I think the only good part, was the fact that it features tonks and Remus. Because tonks doesn't mostrar up nearly as much in the cine which disappoints me. Like the fact that it's tonks that saved Harry on the train, not Luna.
