Hermie pees in his wheel all the time. It's an external wheel from the cage, it's gross and drips pee out of the wheel. Is there any way to make Hermie want to pee inside the cage?

Just buy toilet sand and put it into a container. The toilet sand will emit a smell to 'tell' the hámster to pee there.
