well, season 3 will probably be the season that the Glee club members graduate, and then they'll probably bring another set of characters with storylines, so...

They'll try to make Glee work with a new cast in season 4, but I think it won't work without lea michele and all the other amazing actors/singers we have now and Glee will end.

oh, but I hope it will end at season 3...

i hope so but i think that they'll do season 4 and it will be awful and nobody will watch season 5. So i hope all finish in season 3 with Rachel, Quinn, Finn, Puck, Brittany, Sam, Santana, Kurt etc.

Who knows? This is the show that get a second AND a third season before the first one had finished airing. It is an incredibly popular show, and no matter how bad it gets, people will still watch it. I think that Ryan Murphy and co. are going to have to end the show themselves, because there's no way that Fox is going to cancel one of their most popular shows.
