I think it is quite obvious that one of the most popular aspects of frozen is the songs. Sure, other aspects such as animación and characters and the plot are important to the popularity to this movie, but tu can't listen to animación o sing to make a charater. Perhaps for the plot maybe, but it's kind of hard to make a countdown out of that.
