Why can't I send an answer to a question?

I want to help a person's pregunta but I can't send an answer but tu all send a answer. But I can't do this! Even though I press the enviar new response button, it is not sent. So how do I do this?

I'm not sure. Maybe it was just a temporary glitch? If this answer does appear, maybe that means that the glitch has been fixed so tu can try answering a pregunta again.

I'm sorry, I don't understand the pregunta then. What sort of answer are tu trying to send? I thought it was an Answer to a pregunta like this.

I know some people in the past had similar issues depending on the browser o device they use. Maybe try a different browsing network to log in o another device and see if the issue continues. If it does, try contacting F4 about the issue.
