What exactly makes a pending club become an official club?

I know that a club has to have an icono and banner first, and that it needs to have a certain amount of content and fans/members first. Are there any other requirements? Is the exact number of fans and contributions known, o does it differ from club to club, o at different times? Does it matter whether the contributions are of different types - images, videos, artículos etc?

It’s probably más related to contributions, más specifically how often they are added and how popular they are. I think clubes that generate vistas regularly have más chances to turn into official clubs. But of course those are just speculations. Not sure if everyone has ever solved the pending club mystery.
