Complicated question. (Details below)

Okay, I keep getting an e-mail from fanpop that a fan is a fan of me, too. The thing is it's always the same person but my number of fans has never decreased instead every time this happens it increases.
So I have two preguntas why does this keep happening and could I get into trouble for this? Please help!

Also I don't know if the other person is aware of what's happening.

idk but this has been happening to me too. That's weird. I wondered if maybe the person was unfriending me and then adding me back o something? It has happened several times tho, but only with this one person. I wonder if it's the same person for both of us? If so that might be what they're doing for some strange reason. o it could be some kind of glitch in the system maybe. I really don't know. Sorry. At least tu know it's not just u ;)
