Will not let me post polls?

Whenever I try to post polls,it always takes forever to publish. I end up going back to the club and my encuesta is on the website. But if I try to vote on it,it doesn't let me go to the poll. It just goes back to the main inicial page.
I'm using google Chrome! Is it just a glitch?
