What is a "dedicated" o "die-hard" fan? i saw that on someones perfil how much do tu have to do in a fan club to be a dedicated o die-hard fan?

i was checking out someones perfil after giving them a apoyo for this article. it had the lista of club she was in and underneath it said;

*dedicted fan logo* in 6 club *die-hard fan logo* in 1 club


can one explain how that works? i take she adds alot of stuff to clubes o somthing like that but how much does it take to be a dedicated fan?
