How on earth do tu get friends? This is probably a really simple pregunta to everyone but I'm new to the game. SO please help...

There are many ways to make friends here.
tu could go on the chatroom. They are usually filled with plently of people. o tu can go to one of your spots and met people there. I mean lots of spots have foros where tu can introduce yourself. (This spot being one of them)
Your fan lista can also help. If tu add stuff that people like they will fan you. And I am not sure exactly but I think if tu fan them back they become avalible on your fanpop instant messanger.

There are más ways. All tu have to do is go around. Make yourself known in spots. There are a ton of sweet and awesome people that I am sure will be your friend. I mean the point of this site is to enjoy what tu are a fan of and met other fans.

To be honest, tu make friends on fanpop (and anywhere else on the Internet) the same way tu make them in real life. tu meet people, tu get to know them, and if tu have a lot in common and enjoy chatting together, you'll become friends.

Don't confuse "fans" with friends, though. "Fans" are easy to come by. People tend to just add each other for no real reason... and a lot of times, the people added will add the other person back. It's really just that easy to get "fans". Just add people to your own fanlist and a bunch of them will add tu back.

But friends... tu can't make people like tu o want to be your friend. All tu can do is be yourself and hope to meet some people tu like who also like tu :)

contributing to spots could get u a lot of friends, just getting ur name out there is helpfull. and just become a fan of someone and they will be ur fan (usually)

tu mean fans? The best way would be contributing things to certain spots, like picks, videos, etc. Also, if tu make picks, comentario alot on your picks! If people like what tu do o say, they may give tu apoyar o become a fan.

o tu could go in to the IM chat and strike up a conversation (although I got away from IM 'bout 3 years ago). Have fun! :)
