First off I am going to start this por saying that this pairing literally makes me sick to my stomach when I see fanart of it. It also butchers (sorta?) one side of dicho pairing. But, anyways on to my reasoning.
1. Sasuke rejected Sakura several times and she just doesn't quit it
I mean how many no's does one person need to handle, though? The first time during part 1 is apparently a type of rejection common in japón from what I have read.
The segundo time he basically flat out says he doesn't see why she loves him and he doesn't amor her. (Of course, kakashi has to be a jerk and guilt trip him...
