I am somewhat divided here, as these two couples are extremely similar (the poor boy with a lot of explaining to do dates the rich girl). Still though, I think that Lady and Tramp are more romantic here because their film focuses more on them as a couple than Aladdin (film) does- just look at the title. The conflict revolves more around Lady and Tramp's relationship, whereas while Aladdin's conflict is about Jasmine, it's less exclusively so.
