She might pretend to be. But if she finds out, she'll probably just avoid him.

I think she'll be so caught up with the fact that he actually kissed Katherine and her jealousy will overcome her...and then Elena and Katherine have a catfight over him- okay so last part not likely to happen but I think the jealousy thing will.
