She indirectly help save Damon by calling Elena. I loved that Damon was the first word to come from Bonnies mouth, when talking to Elena. Even after Klaus said to Bonnie "Go ahead, save the man who turned your mother into a vampire." She still calls for help. Bonnie knows she owes Damon nothing and even though Bonnie didn't take the chains off, Bonnie made it clear that she wanted someone to help and to me that speaks volumes. Bonnie clearly cares, and probably understands that Damon did what he did not to hurt her, but to save her and Elena, but the fact of the matter is; what Damon did was wrong. People say that Bonnie only sees things white and black, but how can killing an innocent person be considered a gray area of right and wrong. Okay, lets kill Abby so we don't lose Elena. Lets hurt someone so we can avoid being hurt ourselves. Let's take a life so we can save the life we care most for. Am I suppose to see this as the gray area? Am I not suppose to be mad because Stefan and Damon turned their backs on Bonnie the moment she needed their support. They could have told her what was going on, but instead they took matters into their own hands and their plan failed like usual. I love that Bonnie doesn't forgive and forget so easily like some people (Elena) do. Damon will really have to work hard to gain Bonnies trust, which hasn't been a side of Damon that I have had a chance to witness. Not with Stefan, Elena, or Alaric. So it will be refreshing to see him sweat to get it. He always claims that he miss being human, but the people around don't challenge him to be it. Damon has told, and showed Elena on countless times that he doesn't see the point. And in 3x18 Damon told Elena "stop pretending to be upset with me, because we both know your not". I could not believe my ears, and what makes it sad is Elena didn't deny it. Elena is a pretender. She has been since day one. But with Bonnie its different, and if anyone is not okay with his inner demon, it's Bonnie. Bonnie doesn't pretend with Damon. It will always be real and true and that's a relationship I look forward to watching.

Can't wait for the future Bamon scenes, this should be great :)
