Is there an ep where morgan is talking to Prentiss about how he does like 1000 pushups/situps a day...sometimes twice? If so what is it?

I'm pretty sure this was in season 3. I accidentally downloaded the soundtrack of it instead of the video and that's what i heard.
please help it's been driving me crazy!
