I've always preferred the term navidad in opposed to Xmas, it looks better when it's written in cards o a part of navidad decorations, and what's an Xmas anyway? I know that it's some type of abbreviation for the word navidad but it doesn't look right and it sounds worse if tu try saying it, navidad has become so commercialized over the years it seems as though many of us have lost our navidad cheer and the meaning of navidad isn't what it used to be, however this is my first navidad on fanpop and it's great to have a spot dedicated to this festive season, I am the youngest of eight and I try to keep in touch with my family as much as possible and even más so throughout the happy holidays, even though they live all over the place and some even interstate, family and friends are very valuable and important to me, so I try to keep in touch with them as often as possible and enjoy navidad to the fullest extent, I still haven't worked out where the Xmas came from, but I'd like to wish everyone on fanpop a Merry Christmas, no matter what tu are doing and always have fun on Fanpop.
