cristianismo Science can answer a lot of "how" questions, but not the "why" questions. That's where God comes in. Agree o disagree?

I've said this often. About evolution, for example. If you believe it (and I realize that not everyone her will, but bear with me), then you can realize that science are the tools of God, but he could very easily be guiding it. Also, there's that debate about what the spark of life was in the primordial soup. Why couldn't that be God? It's as logical an explanation as any.

In this scenario, the "how" would be "how did we get here?" and the why would be "why are we here?"

At any rate - I think science and God are just two sides of the same coin.

Dearheart, you're a genius!
I absolutely agree with you, people always ask such questions, for example: what is the meaning of life, why this world is exist, Whom and for what it has been created. The asking of such "why" questions are embedded in a human nature and the answers to them have led to the emergence of religion. Therefore I am surprised why some atheists so humiliate religion, and especially Christianity. To ask "how" questions, which have led to the emergence of science, they consider correct, but the "why" questions, by their logic, are bad, stupid. Why "why" questions are worse than "how" questions?

Just because we don't know why, doesn't mean God is automatically the answer. It could be God, but I don't think that just because we don't know why God becomes the answer.

^ Or maybe it's because doubting takes actual thought and consideration whereas blind faith requires... nothing

Just because one has faith, it does not mean that it is blind.

Just because one does not believe in God, it does not mean that they were never given the choice, or have no reason to disbelieve in Him.

Just some things for everyone to keep in mind. :o)

Yes, but there are people who put blind faith in something without thinking. Those are the people I was referring too.

Agree completely. We aren't meant to know why everything is the way it is.
