I ADORE her and would love to have her as part of the franchise. Plus everyone seems to like her, so it would make sense. She even made an appearance in House of Mouse in one episode.

If you read the Disney wiki she and Webby are both technically considered part of the franchise, but Disney hardly ever shows them in any products. You can maybe find a poster here or there with them as background characters in it. But I think they for sure need to show more of them.

I know they're technically considered part of the franchise but I mean having them be more prominent characters in the franchise like Max, Scrooge, the boys, and Goofy are. I would love to have both Roxanne and Webby be prominent characters in the franchise!
