Exactly what it says above ^ Paige did needed ice -cream but Piper is not one of those people in pms who gets all hungry about ice-cream.He gets pissed & thanks to her powers she can chanel them;

In the episode Once in a blue moon ,where we have witches in PMS,piper blows up the light ,once she gets angry & paige eats a lot of ice cream to feel better!
