Good pick. Tough call. He didn't like Riley at first but they grew closer through Xander's pity. I picked Oz because I think even though Xander and Willow sort of cheated on him, their friendship was more genuine.

I'm not sure. He didn't like Riley at first, but he's seen more and more in his company later on and singing his praise, where as Oz and Xander where more just, 'he's the friend/boyfriend or my girlfriend/friend' sort of relationship.

Oz and Xander aren't really that close, they just hang around in the same circle. He and Riley develop a real close bond over time.

I thought that he and Riley were really close. Like what he said to Anya about giving Riley the drill.
