Their relationship was complex, but she had strong feelings for him in season 6, in despite of their unhealthy sexual relationship. Their emotional situation in this season was really complicated because of a lot of factors. In the last season, she was in amor with him (like he was), but they weren't officially together. They had a strong connection and a mature relationship. If there had been a televised season 8, we all know where it would have lead them :)

But ángel was her true amor all the time!!!
