It is the día before navidad and Brooke has promised to watch Jamie for the day. She is speaking on the telephone while she is sitting on her cama with her old Lucas box. She looks at the pictures of them and some of the letters. We see that there is a thick naranja envelope addresses to Lucas.
Brooke: [speaking in the telephone] When are tu coming back?
The other person: In five days, we will be back for New Years Eve. I’m having the best time of my life, but I miss tu and everyone
Brooke: Don’t think about us and remember that this is your honey moon Mrs. Jagielski.
DING DONG!!
Brooke: I think that Jamie is here, so I better go. Talk to tu later P. Sawyer Jagielski
Brooke goes to the door without putting the box aside. She opens the door..]
Brooke: Isn’t it my favourite man in the whole wide world....Lucas!? What are tu doing here?
Lucas: That was a warm welcome, guessing that you’re going to watch Jamie today? I thought we could do something, but I guess you’re busy.
Brooke: [laughs] I guess I am, but tu can registrarse us. Jamie will probably be thrilled to be watched por both of his god parent. [Laughs]
DING DONG!!
Brooke: Is this Jamie? My favourite man in the whole wide world!?
Jamie: Yes it is! .... Uncle Lucas, what are tu doing here?
Lucas: I’m going to help Brooke take care of our god son. So, what do tu want to do?
Brooke: I thought we could decorate the navidad árbol I bought?
Jamie: Woot Woot! (couldn't spare me:P Go Karen;P)
They decorate the navidad árbol and Jamie is all happy.
Jamie: Do tu have más decorations Aunt Brooke?
Brooke: Sorry Jamie, but tu can put the estrella on the top?
Jamie: But I am to short, because my mom is a short. That is what my dad says
Lucas: (laughs) that’s right tu and your mom is short, but luckily for tu I’m here with my muscles. So, I can lift tu up.
Lucas lifts him up and Jamie tries to put the start on the top, but he struggles so Brooke helps him. (Family picture) After finishing the tree, they sit down and get something to eat
Lucas: Everything ready for tomorrow, seeing that you’re hosting the navidad party tomorrow?
Brooke: What party? It is just you, me and the Naleys.
Jamie: Who are the Naleys?
Brooke: Well, that is what we call your parents
Jamie: Then, can we call the Naleys and ask if I can spend the night her. Pretty please?
Brooke: That’s a great idea; the telephone is in my room
Jamie runs to Brooke’s room, but he doesn’t have the phone in his hand
Jamie: What is this?
Brooke: What is what?
Lucas takes the thing Jamie is holding to see what it is
Jamie: This naranja envelope that is addresses to Uncle Lucas
Brooke who had her back towards them turns around to see that Lucas is holding the envelope.
DING DONG!!
Jamie opens the door... And it is Nathan
Nathan: Hi!
Jamie: Dad! No... I wanted to spend the night here...
Nathan: I don’t think that tu can sleep over here today buddy. Mommy has some plans for tu tomorrow.
So Nathan & Jamie leaves, and Brooke and Lucas are left alone. Lucas has opened the envelope and has found six envelopes inside of it...All addresses to him...
Brooke: Luke...
Lucas: Brooke, what is this? The first one is written on Nathan and Haley’s wedding day, the día we broke up? And there is one written the día we met in New York... and..... This one is written today!? What is this?
Brooke: Luke... Please, those letters aren’t letters that tu are supposed to read.
Lucas: Those letters mean something to tu Brooke, otherwise tu wouldn’t be so upset about it. And they are addressed to my, and maybe just maybe I’ll understand tu better after lectura these... Understand why tu broke up with me, why tu stopped loving me and why tu and I aren’t together today!
Brooke: Lucas! Do not say that. Do not say that tu don’t understand why we broke up. tu and I both knew that that wasn’t the right time. And please do not say that I stopped....
Lucas: Stopped what Brooke!? Say it, whatever tu are going to say...
Brooke: Sorry Lucas... But I can’t do this again and again! Please just go...
Lucas still in shock keeps staring in her and then leaves. But before he leaves, he takes a little glance at her. Brooke sits down in front of the fireplace and starts to cry.
Lucas drives to the Rivercourt, the place where he had once stood and told Brooke that this was his world and that she got to be the biggest part of it. The place where he had made the destiny shot that dicho that Brooke & Lucas is destined to be together... He sits down on the court and starts to read Brooke’s letters...

It has gotten a lot darker and we see Brooke walking towards Lucas....
Brooke: Lucas... I wrote those letters after we broke up, but I never sent them. Cause I was afraid, I was afraid of getting my corazón broken again, I was afraid of being vulnerable and I was afraid the way tu make me feel. And this isn’t the first time I’m telling tu this
Lucas: Brooke, I know that I have hurt tu many times in different ways. And I can understand that tu might not want to be with me again. But tu need to know that I am done with screwing Us up, I am done with making tu feel crap and the only thing I want is to know that I can hold tu in my arms forever, that I can wake up every morning and watch your pretty face and know that I am the luckiest man in the whole wide world. All I want is you, and I hope that if tu look deep enough in your heart, you’ll find the strength to forgive me and trust me. And I hope that one día you’ll amor me again.
Brooke: [weeps] Lucas Eugene Scott, I never stopped loving you! And I will never stop loving you!
Lucas: I'll hold tu in my arms forever..Pretty Girl
He slowly grabs her and kisses her gently on the lips; she is lies over him and they sink into the ground. While we hear Lucas as the narrator:
“In vain have I struggled. It will not do. My feelings will not be repressed. tu must allow me to tell tu how ardently I admire and amor you”, this is quote found in the book Pride and Prejudice, a book about true love. True amor is not amor that a fairy tale life, life that never knows pain, two souls facing it together and demising it with unconditional amor
Then we here Brooke narrating:
“Love is not amor which alters when it alteration finds, when life gets hard and life changes, true amor remains the same.”
