Who changed the icon&banner!?

i have my suspicions, but i don't wanna tell anyone since i can't know for sure...

I do find it funny that it's been 8 days and nobody is taking credit.

well why don't tu tell us your suspicions? then we can actually ask them and find out why they changed it without asking us?
