Booth was looking adelante, hacia adelante to this week with his son, Parker. It was the first time in a long while that he will have him for más than just a few days. Rebecca had planned to be gone for a week and had asked him to take Parker for the whole week during the school’s spring break. Booth took this opportunity to plan a fishing trip with his son and to take along his grandfather, Hank. He was going to take his son where his grandfather had taken him fishing as a boy. He knew that bones would be examining some ancient bones this week and that they had no cases to work on. He would miss her but she probably would not enjoy a fishing trip. Friday morning he picked up his grandfather from the nursing inicial and was going to take him to his apartment and then he was going to pick up Parker from school. But Hank asked if he could go visit Temperance, because he wanted to see her again.
Booth took him to visit bones at the Jeffersonian while he went to go get Parker. Hank gave Brennan a big hug on seeing her again and asked how everything was going. He dicho he was looking adelante, hacia adelante to this weeks visit with his grandson and great grandson. He asked. “Temperance, why are tu not coming with us? It would be so much fun if tu would come with Seeley and Parker. We are all going to the lake where I taught Seeley how to fish.”
“Hank, I had planned on examining some ancient remains that were found in Outer Mongolia and besides this is a trip that Booth has planned for tu and Parker.”
“Temperance, those old bones can wait and besides this is going to be a family outing and I would like tu to come. I know Seeley would like it too if tu came.”
“Hank I’m sure that Booth has plans for tu and Parker and would not want me to be in the way.”
“Temperance tu could never be in the way and I am positive that Seeley would amor tu to come along.”
At that moment Booth came back in with Parker at his side.
“Granpops, dad says we are going to go fishing together.” Parker dicho as he ran to his great grandfather who was talking with Bones. Parker then turned to bones and asked. “Bones isn’t it going to be fun with all of us fishing together?”
“Parker, I don’t think bones would want to come because she has some old bones to look at.” Booth told his son.
“Parker, I would like to go fishing with tu and Hank, besides those old bones can wait.” bones answered.
“Really Bones, tu would like to go fishing with us?” Booth asked with an astonished look..
“Good then it is settled. Temperance is going with us.” Hank added.
“OK Bones, I’ll be at your place early tomorrow morning because it is a two hora drive to the lake. We will be coming back siguiente Saturday so plan on taking clothes for a week. Do tu have any fishing gear?”
“No Booth I don’t have any fishing equipment because I have never been fishing before.”
“That’s OK I have some extra poles that I can bring.”
The siguiente morning Booth pulled up to Brennan’s apartment and she was already waiting for them in front. As Booth loaded her bag in the back of the car, he asked if she had brought some warm clothes because it does get cold in the mountains at night.
On the drive, Hank was telling stories about how he would mostrar Seeley and his brother Jared how to fish. He went on to say that it was Jared who seemed to always catch the biggest fish, but he knew that Jared would always take the biggest pescado that Seeley caught and throw it back into the lake. Seeley was always looking out for his little brother and never dicho a word.
bones asked. “What do we do with the pescado we catch?”
“Bones we eat them.” Booth answered, but before she could say another word he added. “I also picked up some tofu burgers and hotdogs along with fresh frutas and vegetables for you. tu can throw your pescado back in the lake if tu catch anything.”
“Booth, thank you.” bones dicho with a look of appreciation because he knew she did not eat meat.
It seems that in no time at all they were pulling up in front of cabina por the lake. As Booth got out of the car he looked around because it had been some time since he had been here. He was just a boy then.
Hank got out of the car after Booth and said. “Shrimp it is exactly the way I remember it was. Let’s get everything inside and go check out the lake.”
“Pops tu go ahead and check out the lake with bones and Parker and I will unload the car.”
As Booth was putting things into the cabin, he looked around at the cabina and noted that it seemed smaller now. After everything was out of the car, he parked it in the shed and joined everyone at the lake front.
“Dad, can we go in the barco and go fishing now?”
“Parker let’s make sure the barco is seguro because it doesn’t look like anyone has used it in awhile.” Booth answered.
After Booth made sure the barco was safe, he loaded it with some fishing gear and put Parker in the boat. He then turned to Bones. She said. “You two go out first I’ll stay here with Hank in case the barco sinks.”
As Booth took his son out onto the lake, Brennan and Hank went to the cabina and sat down in the chairs on the porch and watched them fish. Hank leaned over to Temperance and told her. “That is exactly how I used to do with Seeley and Jared. It is so good to see Seeley with Parker doing things as a father and son should be doing things. Seeley is a great father. Temperance I am glad tu came with us.”
“Thanks Hank, I’m glad tu asked me to come.”
After a few hours Booth rowed the barco back to apuntalar, costa and Parker came running to Hank and Brennan. He was all excited. His words came out so fast it was almost impossible to understand what he was saying.
“Granpops I caught a pescado and it was so big.”
“Where is it?” Hank asked
“He threw it back in because he dicho that bones would want him to.” Booth answered as he came up behind Parker.
“Parker that was wonderful what tu did for the fish.” bones said.
“Hey is everyone ready for grilled cheese sandwiches.” Hank asked.

Booth went to start the fuego in the fireplace while Brennan and Parker set up the mesa, tabla and Hank was at the stove preparing dinner. As soon as everyone was satisfied, they all sat around the fireplace and roasted marshmallows. As the night wore on Parker was getting sleepy and Hank dicho that he also was getting tired and tomorrow is another day.
Hank grabbed his bag and Parker’s bag and headed for one of the two bedrooms saying “Hey Parker tu want the parte superior, arriba bunk?”
“Pops what about the other bedroom?”
“Oh that’s for tu and Temperance.”
“There is only one cama in there.” Booth dicho with a sheepish look.
“It’s a double bed, plenty of room for two people.”
“Wait a minuto Pops.”
“NO tu wait. Each room should have two people.’
“Dad I want to sleep in the parte superior, arriba bunk.”
“Well bones can sleep in the bottom.” Booth interjected.
“There is no way that tu and I will fit into that double bed, Shrimp. We are both to big.” Hank added.
“Dad I want to sleep in the same room with Granpops. Besides boyfriends and girlfriends sleep together. That’s what Mommy says.”
“Parker, I’m not your father’s girlfriend.” bones stated.
“Bones aren’t tu and my dad friends?” Parker asked.
Booth looked at bones when she answered. “Well, yes.”
“And aren’t tu a girl and he’s a boy? Then tu are boyfriend and girlfriend.” Parker dicho as he headed to the bedroom.
Hank quickly followed Parker saying. “Good night tu two”
“Bones, tu take the cama I’ll sleep on the floor in here.”
“Booth, tu will throw your back out. We can share the bed. Besides we did it before in Las Vegas and again when we went undercover at the circus. tu must admire Parker’s deductive reasoning, it was very succinct.”
bones then grabbed her bag and headed for the bedroom. Booth followed her. That night Booth made sure that he kept his back to bones and slept near the edge of the cama so as not to crowd her.
The siguiente día after breakfast, Hank took Parker out in the barco while Booth was trying to mostrar bones how to put the bait on the hook and then cast the line into the lake.

“It’s OK Let’s just go inside the house.”
Hank who was watching Booth and bones smiled as he saw Temperance trying to undo Seeley’s pants. He then watched the two of them go into the house and dicho to himself that he had better keep Parker out here until they come out of the house.
Inside the house, bones asked Booth to remove his pants so she could check.
“Really bones it is just a scratch. I’m fine.”
“Booth please let me put some antiseptic on it to be sure.”
“All right if it will make tu feel better.” He knew that there was no point in arguing with her. He then removed his pants and lay on the cama in his briefs face down so she could tend to the scratch.
bones pulled his briefs down a little until she saw where the hook had entered his buttock and she then applied alcohol to the area to clean it. She then applied iodine to the scratch and she could tell that it stung because of the way Booth’s gluteus maximus tightened. At that moment she could not restrain herself, she chided him por saying. “There tu go it wasn’t so bad was it?”
As if the sting of the iodine wasn’t enough, but to be talked to like a little kid. Booth then grabbed bones and pulled her onto the bed.
bones twisted out of his grasp, grabbed a blanket and threw it over Booth’s head and pushed him wrapped in the blanket off the bed. Booth hit the floor with a thud and laid there not moving. bones looked over the side of the cama and saw that Booth’s eyes were shut and he looked unconscious. She rushed to his side and cradled his head in her hands as she said. “Booth, can tu hear me.”
Booth let out a low moan and bones pulled him closer to her face. In a división, split segundo he had his arms wrapped around her, rolled over and pinned her to the floor.

As Parker and bones went to the lake to throw the pescado back in, Hank turned to Booth and asked. “What were tu and Temperance doing while we were in the boat?”
“Nothing Pops; I was just mostrando her how to fish.”
“Inside the cabin?” Hank asked with raised eyebrows.
Booth was just going to explain when bones and Parker returned from the lake.
In order to change the subject, Booth asked. “Is everyone hungry?”
While Booth prepared the barbeque for the hamburgers, bones set the mesa, tabla and Parker went to take a bath. Hank went in to check on Parker, but as he passed the bedroom he peeked inside and saw the cama a complete mess.
As the night wore on Hank dicho he and Parker were going to cama leaving Booth and bones alone. bones turned to Booth and dicho she was going to make the cama because it was a mess from the afternoon. Booth dicho he would clean up the kitchen.
Meanwhile, Hank and Parker were getting ready for cama when Hank dicho to Parker.
“Parker shouldn’t tu go and tell your dad and Temperance good night.”
“Yes and I’ll tell them how much fun I’m having, Granpops.”
Parker then went to Booth’s and Brennan’s room. He knocked on the door and asked if he could come in. bones was already in cama and his father was sitting on the edge of the bed.
“I just wanted to say good night and tell tu this is the best family vacation ever. Dad, maybe this summer we can all go on another vacation together.”
“Parker, I’ll have to ask your mother but maybe we can.” Booth answered.
“Oh that would be great you, me, bones and Grandpops all together.”
“Parker it’s time for tu to be in bed.” Booth dicho as he took his son back to his room. Booth made sure that Parker was well covered and he saw that Pops was sound asleep already before he went back to his room with Bones.
As he came into the room, he saw that bones had something on her mind. He asked “What are tu thinking about, Bones?”
“I was thinking about summer. Do tu think Rebecca will let tu have Parker for another vacation?”
“Well bones I have to ask her why?”
“Well if she agrees maybe we can take Parker someplace special.”
Booth looked at her and said. “Bones you’re enjoying this vacation aren’t you.”
“Yes Booth I am.” She answered as she snuggled down under the covers.
They woke up when they heard knocking on the door and Hank saying breakfast is getting cold and he and Parker are going outside. All of a sudden Parker rushes into the room to say good morning. He ran to his father, hugged him and dicho amor tu and then he went to bones wrapped his arms around her neck, kissed her cheek and dicho amor tu before he raced out the door again.
Booth glanced at bones and saw the look of astonishment. She turned to him and said. “Booth, did tu see. Parker gave me a kiss and a hug.”
“Yes bones I saw.” Booth dicho as he laid back propped up on his pillow.
bones looked at Booth and saw him smiling at her. It was like he was telling her that this is what it is like having a child. That having a child is like having someone who will always amor you.
“Booth I think we need to get up and registrarse them outside.”
“OK Bones, tu go first to the bathroom and get dressed and I’ll get dressed in here.” He dicho that so she would leave the room and not notice that he was up already.
As they came out of the cabina they saw Hank and Parker fishing from the shore. They both walked over and as they came near, Hank dicho that Parker wanted to stay with Temperance today and that he and Seeley should go out in the barco like old times.
Booth dicho sure it would be fun to pescado with Pops and he could see that bones liked the idea of spending time with Parker.
bones asked Parker what he wanted to do when they were alone on the shore.
Parker said. “Bones I wanted to ask tu if tu could help me with a school project that is due after the spring break.”
“Parker, wouldn’t tu want your father o mother to help you?”
“Bones, daddy says tu are the smartest person he knows and that tu know everything. I need to do a good reportar because I want to make my dad proud of me.”
“Parker your father is very proud of you.”
“Yes, but I still would like your help, please.”
“All right, what is this reportar about?”
“Well I have to write it about my dad and what he does.”
Out in the barco Hank was talking to Booth about how great it was that Temperance was spending time with Parker and that she would make a great wife and mother.
“Pops I know but bones does not believe in marriage and as to a child that is a long story.”
“Shrimp we have nothing but time out here.”
While they fished, Booth related the story of how bones wanted a baby and then changed her mind when he dicho he wanted to be involved.
Meanwhile on shore, bones and Parker were talking about Booth and what he does. Parker kept talking about how great it is to be with his dad and he wished that sometimes he could be with him all the time, but he knew that what he and bones did was very important. Together they worked on Parker’s reportar and bones was moved por how much Parker loved his dad. They also spent part of the día exploring the area around the cabin.
That night after cena they all played twister. Hank was the one on the spinner and as soon as it was just Seeley and Temperance he made sure that they got all enredados up together.

Besides she and Booth were going out in the barco together and she was determined to talk to him about something important. After spending time with Parker she had realized that she wanted to have a baby with Booth as the father and he should be involved.
Booth was rowing the barco away from apuntalar, costa and she could see Hank and Parker fishing on the shore, when she blurted out. “Booth I want to have your baby.”
Booth looked at her with an expression of being struck por a cement truck. He asked. “What did tu say? I thought I heard tu say tu want my baby.”
“That’s right. I have thought about it and I know now that I want to have a baby and I want tu to be the father, but this time I believe tu should be involved. I see how much Parker loves tu and what a good father tu are and I want that for my child as well. What do tu say?”
“Bones, are tu sure?”
“Booth, I have a number of valid particulars to support my decision. First I know that tu have will always be there for me and the baby. And segundo tu will amor the child as much as I will. These points in conjunction with your other valid attributes would be very beneficial for my child.”
Booth was just looking at her and watching her mouth move. He could not believe what he had just heard.
“Booth, say something.”
“Bones, so tu want to use my stuff to have a baby, but this time I can be involved as the father.”
“Yes”
“Bones let’s discuss this más later. I need to think about it.”
“What’s there to think about?”
“Bones being a parent is a big responsibility.”
“Booth don’t tu think I can be a good mother.”
“Bones tu will be a great mother and I know tu will amor the child. I just want to make absolutely sure that this is what tu want.”
“Booth after spending time with tu and Parker, I have realized that I have something missing in my life.”
“All right bones if this is really what tu want and tu are absolutely sure about it.”
“Thank tu Booth.” bones dicho as she threw her arms around him in a hug.
Hank who was watching them from apuntalar, costa had seen them talking and saw that the barco almost overturned when Temperance hugged Seeley. He was sure that camarón had finally dicho something to Temperance about how he loved her.
Booth rowed the barco back to apuntalar, costa because there was no way he could pescado right now and bones was too excited about the idea of having a baby she is not interested in fishing.
As they arrived back on shore, Hank saw that Seeley was in deep thought and that Temperance was extremely happy. He did not want to ask but he was curious as to what happened in the boat.
As they came near, Hank said. “How about an early dinner? As it is starting to get colder, camarón and I will get some más firewood while Temperance tu promised to make your mac and cheese tonight.
While they gathered the wood, Hank could not help but ask what happened in the boat.
Booth looked at his Pops and explained that bones was back to wanting a baby. Pops asked. “Did tu tell her how tu feel about her?”
“Pops she doesn’t amor me and if I tell her how I feel she will push me away.”
“Well camarón I’m not going to interfere, but I think she needs to know.”
“Pops let me handle this, but thanks anyway.”
After cena Hank asked Temperance to registrarse him on the porch to watch the sunset. Parker had gone to take his bath and Booth was cleaning the kitchen.
“Temperance tu and Seeley did not do much fishing today.”
“No but we had a good time out in the boat.”
Just then Booth came out of the cabina and asked. “What have tu too been talking about?”
“Nothing in particular camarón we were just enjoying the sunset. Sit down I’ll go check on Parker and make sure he is in bed.”
“Thanks Pops.” Booth sat down siguiente to bones and they just looked at the setting sun over the lake.

Booth quickly dropped his fishing gear and followed Parker to where bones was.. He lifted her off the ground and started to carry her back to the cabina when she insisted that he put her down. She tried to walk but the pain in her ankle was too much and she almost fell again. Booth quickly scooped her back into his arms before she could protest. Back at the cabin, Booth suggested that they go into town and have her ankle looked at to make sure it was not broken, but bones dicho it was not necessary as she knew that it was only a bad sprain and just needed to give it some rest.
After dinner, they all sat around and when it was time to go to bed. Booth carried bones into the bedroom and made sure she was comfortable. He even put his almohada under her ankle to ease the pain.
The siguiente morning, the swelling had gone down put her ankle was still a little sore so bones decided to just sit on the porch and rest her ankle. Hank dicho he would keep Temperance company while Parker and camarón explored the woods.
Hank and Temperance were playing dominoes and enjoying each others company, when Hank asked Temperance if she ever thought of having children. She did not know that Booth had already told him that she wanted a baby and how she planned on getting pregnant.

“Yes but first tu must find a man who will make a good husband and father.”
“Oh I don’t want to get married. I just want to have a baby.”
Hank responded. “I guess I will never understand the younger generation. Everyone is too much in a hurry to notice things o enjoy the experience of life. In my day, tu found the right person to love, marry and raise a family with.”
“Artificial insemination is very common today.” Temperance answered.
“I guess so but think about if the doctor makes a mistake. It has been known to happen, there was a lady in England who gave birth to twins and one was black and the other was white. It seems that the doctor had used the wrong sperm. o what about that doctor who used his own on his patients and not what the women expected. Just give me the old fashion way of making bebés that way there can be no mistake who is the father.”
“Hank I’m sure those are unusual cases. Besides I have already picked out the father for my child.”
“Oh tu have.”
“Yes, the father of my baby is going to be ………………” Just as she was going to tell Hank that Booth is going to be the father, Parker and Booth came back to the cabin.
That night bones was having a very restless night of sleep. She kept tossing and turning. She was even muttering in her sleep.
The siguiente morning Booth asked her about it. “Bones what was bothering you? tu kept tossing all night.”
“Oh I just had a bad dream but nothing to worry about.” She answered. She didn’t want to tell Booth that she had a bad dream about having a child.
That día they all took turns fishing in the barco as it was their last día at the lake. bones finally caught a fish. She could not believe it nor could Booth.
As everyone was settling in for the night, bones kept thinking about what Hank had dicho about what if she is dado the wrong sperm and it is not Booth’s baby but someone else. That night she dreamt that she had been dado Howard Epps’ sperm and it was his child. In her dream she was crying out for Booth and hitting her doctor.
She woke up when she felt Booth’s arms encircling her and hearing Booth’s voice trying to calm her down.
“Bones what’s wrong you’re screaming in your sleep.”
“Booth it was such a terrible dream.” They both were sitting up now.
“What was it?”
“I was dreaming I was having someone else’s baby and not yours.”
“Bones, how could there be a mistake like that. They have my stuff and everything will be all right.”
“Booth, maybe Hank is right.”
“What are tu talking about?”
“He dicho that the only way tu can be certain that tu are getting the right semen is por making a baby the old fashioned way.”
“Bones, what are tu saying?”
“Booth, it’s about having sexual intercourse.”
“Bones, it’s not just about having sex. It should be about making love.”
Booth could feel her starting to pull away from him when he dicho love. He did not want to let her go but did not know what else to do so he released her from his embrace. She slowly turned her back to him as she lay back down on the bed. Before his head reached his almohada he saw her shoulders shudder. He placed his hand on her shoulder and gently turned her around so he could see her face. What he saw were very moist eyes, eyes that were on the verge of tears.
“Bones talk to me.”
“Booth I know tu dicho tu loved me as your partner, but …….” She hesitated in what she wanted to say. She was afraid that Booth did not amor her any other way and if she told him she loved him he would leave as others have done in the past. As she looked at Booth’s face, she remembered what Hank had dicho about not being afraid.
“Booth I don’t know if tu could amor me other than as a partner, but I have to tell tu I amor tu not as a partner but as a man. A man I want to be the father of my children.” bones watched Booth’s face as she dicho this. She was waiting to see what would be the response.
Booth could not believe his ears. bones just dicho she loved him as a man and she wanted his children. Booth released his hand from her shoulder and moved it to her chin. He tilted her head to look at him in the face while he said. “Bones I amor tu and I want to be with tu the rest of my life.”
Slowly both their faces moved closer and as their lips touched they both knew how much they loved each other. As the night wore on, they consummated that amor several times over.
That night in the other bedroom, Hank awoke where he heard Temperance cry out. He lay there listening to the muffled voices in the siguiente room. “Yes Pops I told her last night.” Booth answered.
“I figured that because she looks so happy and satisfied this morning.” Hank dicho with a smile.
Booth just gave him a quizzical look. Hank ignored him as he went to talk with Temperance.
“Temperance how was the fishing vacation?”
“Hank I want to thank tu for everything.”
“All I did was inviting tu to come along.”
“That and that tu told me not to be afraid.”
“By the way about the baby you’re planning on having, tu never did say who was going to be the father.”
“Hank I think tu already know.”
At that point Parker came running up from the lake. He was excited on mostrando something to Temperance.
“Bones look does this look like an arrowhead?”
“Yes it does Parker.”
Parker then ran to mostrar his dad.
As they got ready to finally leave, Booth took one quick look around to make sure they had not left anything behind. He saw that Parker and Pops were already in the car. He saw bones looking out over the lake. He walked up behind her and wrapped his arms around her. “What are tu thinking Bones?”
“Booth I was thinking about how my life would have been had I never met tu and how sad and empty it would be.”
Booth pulled her closer to him and dicho “Come on bones let’s go home.”
He knew that bones would be examining some ancient bones this week and that they had no cases to work on. He would miss her but she probably would not enjoy a fishing trip. Friday morning he picked up his grandfather from the nursing inicial and was going to take him to his apartment and then he was going to pick up Parker from school. But Hank asked if he could go visit Temperance, because he wanted to see her again.
Booth took him to visit bones at the Jeffersonian while he went to go get Parker. Hank gave Brennan a big hug on seeing her again and asked how everything was going. He dicho he was looking adelante, hacia adelante to this weeks visit with his grandson and great grandson. He asked. “Temperance, why are tu not coming with us? It would be so much fun if tu would come with Seeley and Parker. We are all going to the lake where I taught Seeley how to fish.”
“Hank, I had planned on examining some ancient remains that were found in Outer Mongolia and besides this is a trip that Booth has planned for tu and Parker.”
“Temperance, those old bones can wait and besides this is going to be a family outing and I would like tu to come. I know Seeley would like it too if tu came.”
“Hank I’m sure that Booth has plans for tu and Parker and would not want me to be in the way.”
“Temperance tu could never be in the way and I am positive that Seeley would amor tu to come along.”
At that moment Booth came back in with Parker at his side.
“Granpops, dad says we are going to go fishing together.” Parker dicho as he ran to his great grandfather who was talking with Bones. Parker then turned to bones and asked. “Bones isn’t it going to be fun with all of us fishing together?”
“Parker, I don’t think bones would want to come because she has some old bones to look at.” Booth told his son.
“Parker, I would like to go fishing with tu and Hank, besides those old bones can wait.” bones answered.
“Really Bones, tu would like to go fishing with us?” Booth asked with an astonished look..
“Good then it is settled. Temperance is going with us.” Hank added.
“OK Bones, I’ll be at your place early tomorrow morning because it is a two hora drive to the lake. We will be coming back siguiente Saturday so plan on taking clothes for a week. Do tu have any fishing gear?”
“No Booth I don’t have any fishing equipment because I have never been fishing before.”
“That’s OK I have some extra poles that I can bring.”
The siguiente morning Booth pulled up to Brennan’s apartment and she was already waiting for them in front. As Booth loaded her bag in the back of the car, he asked if she had brought some warm clothes because it does get cold in the mountains at night.
On the drive, Hank was telling stories about how he would mostrar Seeley and his brother Jared how to fish. He went on to say that it was Jared who seemed to always catch the biggest fish, but he knew that Jared would always take the biggest pescado that Seeley caught and throw it back into the lake. “Bones we eat them.” Booth answered, but before she could say another word he added. “I also picked up some tofu burgers and hotdogs along with fresh frutas and vegetables for you. tu can throw your pescado back in the lake if tu catch anything.”
“Booth, thank you.” bones dicho with a look of appreciation because he knew she did not eat meat.
It seems that in no time at all they were pulling up in front of cabina por the lake. As Booth got out of the car he looked around because it had been some time since he had been here. He was just a boy then.
Hank got out of the car after Booth and said. “Shrimp it is exactly the way I remember it was. Let’s get everything inside and go check out the lake.”
“Pops tu go ahead and check out the lake with bones and Parker and I will unload the car.”
As Booth was putting things into the cabin, he looked around at the cabina and noted that it seemed smaller now. After everything was out of the car, he parked it in the shed and joined everyone at the lake front.
“Dad, can we go in the barco and go fishing now?”
“Parker let’s make sure the barco is seguro because it doesn’t look like anyone has used it in awhile.” Booth answered.
After Booth made sure the barco was safe, he loaded it with some fishing gear and put Parker in the boat. He then turned to Bones. She said. “You two go out first I’ll stay here with Hank in case the barco sinks.”
As Booth took his son out onto the lake, Brennan and Hank went to the cabina and sat down in the chairs on the porch and watched them fish. Hank leaned over to Temperance and told her. “That is exactly how I used to do with Seeley and Jared. It is so good to see Seeley with Parker doing things as a father and son should be doing things. Seeley is a great father. Temperance I am glad tu came with us.”
“Thanks Hank, I’m glad tu asked me to come.”
After a few hours Booth rowed the barco back to apuntalar, costa and Parker came running to Hank and Brennan. He was all excited. His words came out so fast it was almost impossible to understand what he was saying.
“Granpops I caught a pescado and it was so big.”
“Where is it?” Hank asked
“He threw it back in because he dicho that bones would want him to.” Booth answered as he came up behind Parker.
“Parker that was wonderful what tu did for the fish.” bones said.
“Hey is everyone ready for grilled cheese sandwiches.” Hank asked.

Booth went to start the fuego in the fireplace while Brennan and Parker set up the mesa, tabla and Hank was at the stove preparing dinner. As soon as everyone was satisfied, they all sat around the fireplace and roasted marshmallows. As the night wore on Parker was getting sleepy and Hank dicho that he also was getting tired and tomorrow is another day.
Hank grabbed his bag and Parker’s bag and headed for one of the two bedrooms saying “Hey Parker tu want the parte superior, arriba bunk?”
“Pops what about the other bedroom?”
“Oh that’s for tu and Temperance.”
“There is only one cama in there.” Booth dicho with a sheepish look.
“It’s a double bed, plenty of room for two people.”
“Wait a minuto Pops.”
“NO tu wait. Each room should have two people.’
“Dad I want to sleep in the parte superior, arriba bunk.”
“Well bones can sleep in the bottom.” Booth interjected.
“There is no way that tu and I will fit into that double bed, Shrimp. We are both to big.” Hank added.
“Dad I want to sleep in the same room with Granpops. Besides boyfriends and girlfriends sleep together. That’s what Mommy says.”
“Parker, I’m not your father’s girlfriend.” bones stated.
“Bones aren’t tu and my dad friends?” Parker asked.
Booth looked at bones when she answered. “Well, yes.”
“And aren’t tu a girl and he’s a boy? Then tu are boyfriend and girlfriend.” Parker dicho as he headed to the bedroom.
Hank quickly followed Parker saying. “Good night tu two”
“Bones, tu take the cama I’ll sleep on the floor in here.”
“Booth, tu will throw your back out. We can share the bed. Besides we did it before in Las Vegas and again when we went undercover at the circus. tu must admire Parker’s deductive reasoning, it was very succinct.”
bones then grabbed her bag and headed for the bedroom. Booth followed her. That night Booth made sure that he kept his back to bones and slept near the edge of the cama so as not to crowd her.
The siguiente día after breakfast, Hank took Parker out in the barco while Booth was trying to mostrar bones how to put the bait on the hook and then cast the line into the lake.

Hank who was watching Booth and bones smiled as he saw Temperance trying to undo Seeley’s pants. He then watched the two of them go into the house and dicho to himself that he had better keep Parker out here until they come out of the house.
Inside the house, bones asked Booth to remove his pants so she could check.
“Really bones it is just a scratch. I’m fine.”
“Booth please let me put some antiseptic on it to be sure.”
“All right if it will make tu feel better.” He knew that there was no point in arguing with her. He then removed his pants and lay on the cama in his briefs face down so she could tend to the scratch.
bones pulled his briefs down a little until she saw where the hook had entered his buttock and she then applied alcohol to the area to clean it. She then applied iodine to the scratch and she could tell that it stung because of the way Booth’s gluteus maximus tightened. At that moment she could not restrain herself, she chided him por saying. “There tu go it wasn’t so bad was it?”
As if the sting of the iodine wasn’t enough, but to be talked to like a little kid. Booth then grabbed bones and pulled her onto the bed.
bones twisted out of his grasp, grabbed a blanket and threw it over Booth’s head and pushed him wrapped in the blanket off the bed. Booth hit the floor with a thud and laid there not moving. bones looked over the side of the cama and saw that Booth’s eyes were shut and he looked unconscious. She rushed to his side and cradled his head in her hands as she said. “Booth, can tu hear me.”

As Parker and bones went to the lake to throw the pescado back in, Hank turned to Booth and asked. “What were tu and Temperance doing while we were in the boat?”
“Nothing Pops; I was just mostrando her how to fish.”
“Inside the cabin?” Hank asked with raised eyebrows.
Booth was just going to explain when bones and Parker returned from the lake.
In order to change the subject, Booth asked. “Is everyone hungry?”
While Booth prepared the barbeque for the hamburgers, bones set the mesa, tabla and Parker went to take a bath. Hank went in to check on Parker, but as he passed the bedroom he peeked inside and saw the cama a complete mess.
As the night wore on Hank dicho he and Parker were going to cama leaving Booth and bones alone. bones turned to Booth and dicho she was going to make the cama because it was a mess from the afternoon. Booth dicho he would clean up the kitchen.
Meanwhile, Hank and Parker were getting ready for cama when Hank dicho to Parker.
“Parker shouldn’t tu go and tell your dad and Temperance good night.”
“Yes and I’ll tell them how much fun I’m having, Granpops.”
Parker then went to Booth’s and Brennan’s room. He knocked on the door and asked if he could come in. bones was already in cama and his father was sitting on the edge of the bed.
“I just wanted to say good night and tell tu this is the best family vacation ever. Dad, maybe this summer we can all go on another vacation together.”
“Parker, I’ll have to ask your mother but maybe we can.” Booth answered.
“Oh that would be great you, me, bones and Grandpops all together.”
“Parker it’s time for tu to be in bed.” Booth dicho as he took his son back to his room. Booth made sure that Parker was well covered and he saw that Pops was sound asleep already before he went back to his room with Bones.
As he came into the room, he saw that bones had something on her mind. He asked “What are tu thinking about, Bones?”
“I was thinking about summer. Do tu think Rebecca will let tu have Parker for another vacation?”
“Well bones I have to ask her why?”
“Well if she agrees maybe we can take Parker someplace special.”
Booth looked at her and said. “Bones you’re enjoying this vacation aren’t you.”
“Yes Booth I am.” She answered as she snuggled down under the covers.
They woke up when they heard knocking on the door and Hank saying breakfast is getting cold and he and Parker are going outside. All of a sudden Parker rushes into the room to say good morning. He ran to his father, hugged him and dicho amor tu and then he went to bones wrapped his arms around her neck, kissed her cheek and dicho amor tu before he raced out the door again.
Booth glanced at bones and saw the look of astonishment. She turned to him and said. “Booth, did tu see. Parker gave me a kiss and a hug.”
“Yes bones I saw.” Booth dicho as he laid back propped up on his pillow.
bones looked at Booth and saw him smiling at her. It was like he was telling her that this is what it is like having a child. That having a child is like having someone who will always amor you.
“Booth I think we need to get up and registrarse them outside.”
“OK Bones, tu go first to the bathroom and get dressed and I’ll get dressed in here.” He dicho that so she would leave the room and not notice that he was up already.
As they came out of the cabina they saw Hank and Parker fishing from the shore. They both walked over and as they came near, Hank dicho that Parker wanted to stay with Temperance today and that he and Seeley should go out in the barco like old times.
Booth dicho sure it would be fun to pescado with Pops and he could see that bones liked the idea of spending time with Parker.
bones asked Parker what he wanted to do when they were alone on the shore.
Parker said. “Bones I wanted to ask tu if tu could help me with a school project that is due after the spring break.”
“Parker, wouldn’t tu want your father o mother to help you?”
“Bones, daddy says tu are the smartest person he knows and that tu know everything. I need to do a good reportar because I want to make my dad proud of me.”
“Parker your father is very proud of you.”
“Yes, but I still would like your help, please.”
“All right, what is this reportar about?”
“Well I have to write it about my dad and what he does.”
Out in the barco Hank was talking to Booth about how great it was that Temperance was spending time with Parker and that she would make a great wife and mother.
“Pops I know but bones does not believe in marriage and as to a child that is a long story.”
“Shrimp we have nothing but time out here.”
While they fished, Booth related the story of how bones wanted a baby and then changed her mind when he dicho he wanted to be involved.
Meanwhile on shore, bones and Parker were talking about Booth and what he does. Parker kept talking about how great it is to be with his dad and he wished that sometimes he could be with him all the time, but he knew that what he and bones did was very important. Together they worked on Parker’s reportar and bones was moved por how much Parker loved his dad. They also spent part of the día exploring the area around the cabin.
That night after cena they all played twister. Hank was the one on the spinner and as soon as it was just Seeley and Temperance he made sure that they got all enredados up together.

Besides she and Booth were going out in the barco together and she was determined to talk to him about something important. After spending time with Parker she had realized that she wanted to have a baby with Booth as the father and he should be involved.
Booth was rowing the barco away from apuntalar, costa and she could see Hank and Parker fishing on the shore, when she blurted out. “Booth I want to have your baby.”
Booth looked at her with an expression of being struck por a cement truck. He asked. “What did tu say? I thought I heard tu say tu want my baby.”
“That’s right. I have thought about it and I know now that I want to have a baby and I want tu to be the father, but this time I believe tu should be involved. I see how much Parker loves tu and what a good father tu are and I want that for my child as well. What do tu say?”

“Booth, I have a number of valid particulars to support my decision. First I know that tu have will always be there for me and the baby. And segundo tu will amor the child as much as I will. These points in conjunction with your other valid attributes would be very beneficial for my child.”
Booth was just looking at her and watching her mouth move. He could not believe what he had just heard.
“Booth, say something.”
“Bones, so tu want to use my stuff to have a baby, but this time I can be involved as the father.”
“Yes”
“Bones let’s discuss this más later. I need to think about it.”
“What’s there to think about?”
“Bones being a parent is a big responsibility.”
“Booth don’t tu think I can be a good mother.”

“Booth after spending time with tu and Parker, I have realized that I have something missing in my life.”
“All right bones if this is really what tu want and tu are absolutely sure about it.”

Hank who was watching them from apuntalar, costa had seen them talking and saw that the barco almost overturned when Temperance hugged Seeley. He was sure that camarón had finally dicho something to Temperance about how he loved her.
Booth rowed the barco back to apuntalar, costa because there was no way he could pescado right now and bones was too excited about the idea of having a baby she is not interested in fishing.
As they arrived back on shore, Hank saw that Seeley was in deep thought and that Temperance was extremely happy. He did not want to ask but he was curious as to what happened in the boat.
As they came near, Hank said. “How about an early dinner? As it is starting to get colder, camarón and I will get some más firewood while Temperance tu promised to make your mac and cheese tonight.
While they gathered the wood, Hank could not help but ask what happened in the boat.

“Pops let me handle this, but thanks anyway.”
After cena Hank asked Temperance to registrarse him on the porch to watch the sunset. Parker had gone to take his bath and Booth was cleaning the kitchen.
“Temperance tu and Seeley did not do much fishing today.”
“No but we had a good time out in the boat.”
Just then Booth came out of the cabina and asked. “What have tu too been talking about?”
“Nothing in particular camarón we were just enjoying the sunset. Sit down I’ll go check on Parker and make sure he is in bed.”
“Thanks Pops.” Booth sat down siguiente to bones and they just looked at the setting sun over the lake.

Back at the cabin, Booth suggested that they go into town and have her ankle looked at to make sure it was not broken, but bones dicho it was not necessary as she knew that it was only a bad sprain and just needed to give it some rest.
After dinner, they all sat around and when it was time to go to bed. Booth carried bones into the bedroom and made sure she was comfortable. He even put his almohada under her ankle to ease the pain.

“Artificial insemination is very common today.” Temperance answered.
“I guess so but think about if the doctor makes a mistake. It has been known to happen, there was a lady in England who gave birth to twins and one was black and the other was white. It seems that the doctor had used the wrong sperm. o what about that doctor who used his own on his patients and not what the women expected. Just give me the old fashion way of making bebés that way there can be no mistake who is the father.”
“Hank I’m sure those are unusual cases. Besides I have already picked out the father for my child.”
“Oh tu have.”
“Yes, the father of my baby is going to be ………………” Just as she was going to tell Hank that Booth is going to be the father, Parker and Booth came back to the cabin.
That night bones was having a very restless night of sleep. She kept tossing and turning. She was even muttering in her sleep.
The siguiente morning Booth asked her about it. “Bones what was bothering you? tu kept tossing all night.”
“Oh I just had a bad dream but nothing to worry about.” She answered. She didn’t want to tell Booth that she had a bad dream about having a child.
That día they all took turns fishing in the barco as it was their last día at the lake. bones finally caught a fish. She could not believe it nor could Booth.
As everyone was settling in for the night, bones kept thinking about what Hank had dicho about what if she is dado the wrong sperm and it is not Booth’s baby but someone else. “Booth it was such a terrible dream.” They both were sitting up now.
“What was it?”
“I was dreaming I was having someone else’s baby and not yours.”
“Bones, how could there be a mistake like that. They have my stuff and everything will be all right.”
“Booth, maybe Hank is right.”
“What are tu talking about?”
“He dicho that the only way tu can be certain that tu are getting the right semen is por making a baby the old fashioned way.”
“Bones, what are tu saying?”
“Booth, it’s about having sexual intercourse.”
“Bones, it’s not just about having sex. It should be about making love.”
Booth could feel her starting to pull away from him when he dicho love. He did not want to let her go but did not know what else to do so he released her from his embrace. She slowly turned her back to him as she lay back down on the bed. Before his head reached his almohada he saw her shoulders shudder. “Bones talk to me.”

“Booth I don’t know if tu could amor me other than as a partner, but I have to tell tu I amor tu not as a partner but as a man. A man I want to be the father of my children.” bones watched Booth’s face as she dicho this. She was waiting to see what would be the response.
Booth could not believe his ears. bones just dicho she loved him as a man and she wanted his children. Booth released his hand from her shoulder and moved it to her chin. He tilted her head to look at him in the face while he said. “Bones I amor tu and I want to be with tu the rest of my life.”
Slowly both their faces moved closer and as their lips touched they both knew how much they loved each other. As the night wore on, they consummated that amor several times over.
That night in the other bedroom, Hank awoke where he heard Temperance cry out. He lay there listening to the muffled voices in the siguiente room. Booth just gave him a quizzical look. Hank ignored him as he went to talk with Temperance.
“Temperance how was the fishing vacation?”
“Hank I want to thank tu for everything.”
“All I did was inviting tu to come along.”
“That and that tu told me not to be afraid.”
“By the way about the baby you’re planning on having, tu never did say who was going to be the father.”
“Hank I think tu already know.”
At that point Parker came running up from the lake. He was excited on mostrando something to Temperance.
“Bones look does this look like an arrowhead?”
“Yes it does Parker.”
Parker then ran to mostrar his dad.
As they got ready to finally leave, Booth took one quick look around to make sure they had not left anything behind. He saw that Parker and Pops were already in the car. He saw bones looking out over the lake. He walked up behind her and wrapped his arms around her. “What are tu thinking Bones?”
“Booth I was thinking about how my life would have been had I never met tu and how sad and empty it would be.”
Booth pulled her closer to him and dicho “Come on bones let’s go home.”
